Melissa will officially celebrate 10 years in mortgage lending on October 5, 2025. She has lived in Tigard, OR, for the past six years, though she’s been an Oregonian her entire life. After hearing rave reviews of Borrow Smart Mortgage—and meeting Tom and Angie in person—Melissa knew right away it was the perfect fit for her career goals.

Melissa stands apart with her processing expertise, limited proficiency in French and Spanish, and a personal touch rooted in her family life with husband Ben (her high school sweetheart), their pug-lhasa apso mix Lola, and their tortoiseshell cat, Kitty.
